Kylun Ltd has now submitted its planning application to the London Borough of Lambeth for a sustainable mixed-use tower development on the island site at Vauxhall Cross.  The scheme being proposed is for two buildings, one of 41 storeys, the other 31 storeys and will include:

291 apartments, including family-sized apartments and affordable homes
