Viva Vauxhall

It happened this morning around 1am. VG resident heard a scream, immediately went out, but couldn’t see girl or attacker. Someone else said that a guy had run off with her bag.  No more details.

Considering that Viva Vauxhall, now 2 years on, has lost its ‘newness’ appeal, we had a really good turnout of approx 40 people.
Thanks to Ben and Jorge who resigned this year from the committee for all their hard work and Ben will continue to offer technical support to the blog.  Phew!

Residents local to FIRE have been informed that the club ‘has withdrawn its planning application’ to expand into adjacent arches.  An e-mail to Lambeth Council to find out what’s behind this surprising move solicited this (Lambeth-speak) response:
