The planning application for the 36-story tower on Wandsworth Road goes before the planning committee on 16 March, with the recommendation, subject to section 106 agreement, that it be accepted (item 5):

The arguments being put forward in favour of it will no doubt be similar or the same as those which will be used to obtain planning approval for the Octave Tower.
