Planning application for 60a Harleyford Road

The owners of the site at 60a Harleyford Road - which backs on to Vauxhall Grove and Bonnington Square - have submitted a planning application to redevelop the site and build 3 x 3-storey houses and a 4-storey block containing 2 maisonettes. The application is here http://planning.lambeth.gov.uk/publicaccess/tdc/DcApplication/application_detailview.aspx?caseno=KVH2E5BO0GL00
If residents want to comment on the application they have until 8th March. The owner of the site had made a previous application, which was turned down by the council in 2008. That development was for 6 x 3-story houses, and was rejected because it would overlook existing residents, as well as reducing employment space. The developer says that this application is ‘of a lesser scale’ to the one that was rejected.
There seems to have been little or no consultation on this scheme and when VV checked, we once again found that no council site notices had been posted (a common problem with Lambeth). If anyone has had a notice from the council about this development could they let us know.
