Following representations from Viva Vauxhall, Lambeth Council have now posted site notices for these two proposed developments - and extended the deadline for objections until Friday, 05 February.

If you wish to object, comment or approve online via Lambeth Council’s website, then please refer to the separate posts below for FIRE and Catesby.   If you prefer to send an e-mail, do so to JFullelove@lambeth.gov.uk

Residents who wish to object to either/both of these applications should note that valid grounds for objecting to a planning application include:

  • development already taken place
  • increased litter

  • light pollution
  • loss of daylight
  • loss of privacy/overlooking
  • loss of sunlight
  • No/inadequate means of access for emergency services
  • noise and disturbance - general/late at night/during building works
  • noise and disturbance - slamming car doors
  • over-concentration of use in area
  • unsociable behaviour

If you choose to object by e-mail, please would you copy your objection to Viva Vauxhall at editor@vivavauxhall.org and also to Cllr Rob Banks at rbanks@lambeth.gov.uk And remember to state your full name and address on the e-mail otherwise it will not be valid.
