Catesby Planning Application now on Lambeth Council website to develop ex-Christie site and offices fronting South Lambeth Road

Type in the Application Reference 09/04188/FUL and then click on ‘Search’. Note: it sometimes doesn’t work if you copy and paste it in bold. Seems to work ok if you type it in.
Click on Click to view and then on Important Dates to see that there are options to object, comment, not object together with a list of reasons that you can click on. You must do so latest 28.01.10, which is the expiry date for consultations*.
*Under the Important Dates heading, it says that Site Notices have been posted. They haven’t. It also says that Neighbour Consultations were sent out. Yes, but it seems only to a limited area. Viva Vauxhall have taken these and other points up with Lambeth Planning and requested that the consultation periods be extended. We await their response.
