FIRE told us a few weeks ago that, having now got licensing approval, they were going to submit a planning application to use the new arches.
As the application hasn’t been listed on the Lambeth Council website and notices have not been posted outside the club, we asked Lambeth Planning what was happening. They confirmed that an application has been received and that their Validations Team has requested more information from FIRE before it can be processed.
It usually takes between 6 to 8 weeks for an application to be decided on at a public hearing and local residents who object to FIRE’s plans will be able to submit a representation for consideration by the planning committee.
