More burglaries!

We’ve just heard that all three flats in a  property in Bonnington Square were broken into and stuff taken.
Please be extra-vigilant and ring the police if you see anything untoward or anyone behaving suspiciously.

FIRE night club looking to extend into adjacent arches

HRH Clubs, owners of FIRE night club, have submitted a Variation Application to their Premises Licence to Lambeth Council. The idea is to extend into adjacent arches which FIRE also lease and run a club called ‘Lightbox’, aimed at attracting a ’straight’ clientele (in contrast to FIRE which is essentially a ‘gay’ club).

AGM/Social, Thursday 19 March 2009

Viva Vauxhall’s AGM and Social will take place on Thursday, 19 March in St Anne’s Settlement Hall in Vauxhall Grove.
Last year for our first AGM we had a really good turnout and it would be good to repeat that this year.

New tower block planned for Bondway Storage site

Councillor Rob Banks/Lib Dem has flagged up a proposed redevelopment of the Bondway self storage site near to Vauxhall Bus Station.
There will be an exhibition at St Anne and All Saints Church/Miles Street on Friday 13th February from 3pm to 6pm and again on Saturday 14th February from 10am to 1pm.
