Ex-Christie site in Langley Lane and offices fronting South Lambeth Road

Viva Vauxhall have learned that both of these sites have been sold to a regeneration company. The British Interplanatary Society property on the corner of South Lambeth Road and Langley Lane has not been sold, although we understand that they have been approached. The ex-Christie site is the building on the right in Langley Lane just before you hit South Lambeth Road and which spreads right over into Vauxhall Grove.
So, this is a large plot of land for redevelopment and local rumour has it that the site will be developed as apartments although, to date, no planning application has been submitted to Lambeth Council. Any development will have a major impact on our area and Viva Vauxhall intends to keep a close eye on what happens.
